GUANGZHOU, China – January 30, 2026 – Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (Grandeur Exhibition Group) today held a press conference in Guangzhou to officially launch the 2026 World Cultural Tourism Industry Expo Global Tour and the 2026 Global IP (Copyright) Industry Cooperation Fair. The event, themed "IP x Design Dual Drive, Linking Global New Opportunities in Culture and Tourism," marked a significant step in the group's strategy to promote the deep integration of the cultural tourism industry with the IP economy on a global scale.

A New Era of "One Exhibition, Multiple Countries"

The 2026 edition of the expo will adopt an innovative "One Exhibition, Multiple Countries, One Exhibition, Multiple Cities" model. This strategy aims to bridge core markets across Asia, Europe, and South America, facilitating cross-border cultural exchange and business cooperation. The global tour is designed to create a high-end industrial service platform that aggregates resources, enables effective matchmaking, and fosters value co-creation.

Wang Zhaoyun, Chairman of Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group, emphasized the strategic importance of this initiative. "In the current era, the deep integration of the cultural tourism industry and the IP economy has become a prevailing trend. IP, as a core emotional carrier and value anchor, is becoming a key force driving the iterative upgrade of the cultural tourism industry and helping Chinese culture go global," he stated. "Grandeur Group, with over 20 years of experience in the exhibition industry, is committed to building a platform that allows Chinese cultural tourism IPs to shine on the world stage."

Key Initiatives and Scale

During the conference, Hu Yuhua, Executive President of Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group, officially released the 2026 global tour plan and announced the establishment of the World Cultural Tourism Going Global Alliance. This alliance will integrate overseas market information, buyer resources, and logistics and financial services to support small and medium-sized enterprises in overcoming the challenges of fragmented resources and limited channels when expanding internationally.

The Guangzhou leg of the tour, scheduled for May 10-12, 2026, at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, is set to be a landmark event. It will feature an exhibition scale of 300,000 square meters, hosting over 4,000 exhibitors and attracting more than 250,000 professional visitors. The expo will cover 20 thematic zones, including Amusement Tourism, Digital Tourism, and Leisure Tourism, and will host over 30 concurrent industry forums.

Focus on IP and Design

A key highlight of the press conference was the introduction of the 2026 Global IP (Copyright) Industry Cooperation Fair. Liu Qi, Project Manager at Grandeur Group, presented the fair's core concept of "IP Empowering the Entire Industry." The event will focus on practical matchmaking, providing IP rights holders with full-chain services for copyright transactions and scenario implementation, while helping cultural tourism and manufacturing companies source high-quality IP resources.

The conference also featured in-depth discussions on the fusion of IP, design, and industry, showcasing innovative practices and case studies. The free exchange session facilitated precise connections between IP owners, cultural tourism enterprises, and design institutions, turning ideas into tangible cooperation opportunities.
